The same weekend as the boys did man camp, the kids got out in the canoe and went on an adventure chasing coots. They had lots of fun together and learned how to work as a team to get the canoe to go where they wanted it to go. It was fun to listen to them laugh!
Glad to hear that I wasn't the only one to not know what a coot was! By the way, I have been meaning to ask how the adoption process was going - I have been praying for swift moving papers!

Small bird, looks similar to a duck. I did not know until I became a Felkins! The boys filled me in.
